Their interface is easy to use, their customer/tech support has been PERFECT. Even without paying for the additional speed of an "emergency ticket," I've submitted requests for help and received replies at all hours - even 4am. Watch for Anna, she's very nice and informative! I have no complaints. I'm a totally new user to the domain-ownership experience and they've made every step easy, from purchasing to hosting to a completed site you can view at http://mma.bs/ (for you mixed martial arts fans!).
